Proud Engineers recently had the opportunity to support Armenia’s digital development efforts during a working visit to the Information Systems Agency of Armenia (ISAA). Our consultants, Kristiina Laanest and Raido Aarop, met with ISAA experts to discuss electronic identification (eID), trust services, and the legislative frameworks that enable secure digital services.
ISAA plays a key role in Armenia’s digital transformation, with a focus on building solutions that improve service accessibility, enhance citizen well-being, increase business competitiveness, and strengthen public sector efficiency.
In-person collaboration brought added depth to the discussions from whiteboard sketches to coffee-fueled debates, these face-to-face meetings created the space for practical, forward-looking problem-solving.
