Hille Hinsberg

I help governments across the world develop open and efficient governance processes: as an analyst and evaluator at a private think tank, the Open Government Partnership network, and the OECD. A country's ranking is not important; they need practical next steps.

I have hands-on experience in governance and policy-making. From inside the Government Office, I developed Open Government by building citizen-to-government dialogue channels and introducing the code of public participation to civil servants.

As a civil activist I co-organised crowdsourcing citizen proposals to amend the financing practices of political parties with the People's Assembly. I am proud to practice what I preach.

My third master´s degree is about technology governance to gain and share insights on the evolution and design of Estonia's digital society ecosystem.
